: Adult: Standard dose: 1.0 – 2.0 g fat/kg body wt

: Neonates and infants: 0.5 – 1.0g fat/kg body wt/day, Followed by: 0.5 -1.0 g fat/kg body wt/day up to 3.0 g fat/kg body wt/day

: Children: It is recommended not to exceed a daily dose of 3 g fat/kg body wt/day. Daily dose gradually increased during first week of administration.
